• show no visible use
• be returned in its original packaging

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected:

• Your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days, via your original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace any defective or damaged item.
Contact us with a photo to receive a free replacement.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
• The product is defective
• A product error was made during shipment
